Applicability mapper

Where the PIR external corpus has empirical traction across the program's applicability domains (ontology v0_3_0). Each domain card aggregates the per-paper applicability-relevance scores the classifier assigned across external PubMed papers: how many classified papers touch the domain, their average domain and PIR relevance, the latest publication year, and the evidence-type mix. Expand a domain to see its contributing papers. These are research-direction signals, not asserted findings; paper-level signal only, and per-claim review is out of scope for this view.
